I just watched Pitch Perfect for the first time ever and loved it!
The film is a musical comedy which is directed by Jason Moore. It’s main focus is on a girl named Beca going to university in which she joins a female a ccapella group in which they end up trying to compete in a finals competition. Beca’s dream is to go into DJ’ing and making h
er own music in LA, however her father has other ideas. The plot shows Beca’s journey including twists and enigma’s and tension between her father, roommate, singing group and a boy… Of course there is a little romance involved! š
I really enjoyed the film, although some parts were predictable. I loved the choice of songs that were sang throughout the film, and the way in which the story line left the audience wanting to film out what happens next.
If you like comedies, chick-fliks or music then I would most definitely recommend giving this film a watch. It didn’t disappoint me š
